Four Seasons Hotel Guests can start celebrating Christmas Eve already at 4 PM with singing children choir, roasted chestnuts and Gianduja hot chocolate in the Hotel lobby.
For the evening, CottoCrudo kitchen prepared a succulent 4 course menu.

Roasted foie gras terrine with clementine compote, rhubarb sauce and vanilla brioche
Pheasant tortelli with roasted truffle potato cream and homemade pear mostarda
Seared sea bass fillet with bergamot artichoke, savoy cabbage and oyster mayonnaise
Traditional fried carp from Southern Bohemia Třeboň with potato ratte salad and pickled vegetables
Dulcey chocolate ganache with quince apple and bourbon vanilla compote, blackberry and lemongrass ice cream
Coffee or tea served with Christmas cookies
Seating from 5:30pm or 8:30pm.
